A small crew, a long memory, the same two phone numbers since 2016.
Carla & Gabe Gonzalez started Elements Environmental from a single van in Warrenton — ten years ago next October. We've been on this coast every working day since, and we've now seen most of the houses on it at least once.
The company's built on two ideas. The first: be the people you actually want to find when something's wrong — answer the phone, show up on time, write things down. The second: never sell a test, a system, or a remediation that someone doesn't need. If we look at your house and nothing's there, we'll tell you nothing's there.
We're a full-service environmental consulting and remediation firm — commercial and residential — and we've spent a decade specifically on the conditions of the North Oregon Coast. Salt air, persistent humidity, old construction, sandy soils. The list of things that go quietly wrong here is long, and we know it well.

Our crews live on this coast. We work the towns we know — Astoria to Cannon Beach, across the river into Long Beach and Ilwaco, Washington, and inland as far as the contract makes sense.
Most weeks the van covers ninety miles of it, north to south. Some weeks more. The map on the right is the working coast; the table below is the route.
